Topic: ​​Livingston County has been taking part in a statewide Pilot Program whose goal is to divert citizens with Mental Illness to a Hospital ER in a crisis situation, instead of jail . Law enforcement, Community Mental Health , NAMI Livingston, and other various County Agencies are participants in this important project. Anyone with a loved one who suffers from a mental illness will gain insight on what to do during a mental health crisis.
